*Update : After posting this public review, Paychex has reached out and we have found common ground. We are moving our business elsewhere, and I hope this review will save other businesses from the frustrating experience that I had. This department is an absolute waste of time. I contacted our broker Montoya, who I'm convinced has absolutely no idea how to do her job.
